Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 grilled salmon fillet, flaked
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 boiled egg, quartered
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley) for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook quinoa or brown rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Grill the chicken breast and salmon fillet until fully cooked. Let them rest for a few minutes before slicing the chicken and flaking the salmon.
