Ingredients:

  • 8 large cabbage leaves
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 100g brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 100g Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes until softened. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked bacon, brie, Swiss cheese, chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, parsley, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of the filling onto each cabbage leaf and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
  5. Arrange the stuffed cabbage rolls seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. Spread marinara sauce over the rolls and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
