Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
