Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Italian sausage, casing removed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
  3. Once the sausage is cooked, add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  5. Add the cooked sausage and spinach mixture to the cheese mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
