Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, basil, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding salt and pepper to taste.
