Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up, and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, toss the asparagus with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. After 20 minutes, add the asparagus to the air fryer basket with the chicken and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the asparagus is tender.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
