Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon wasabi paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and slice them into peels, ensuring to leave some potato flesh for extra flavor.
