Ingredients:

  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
  5. Add the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through.
  6. Toss the cooked angel hair pasta into the skillet, mixing until the pasta is coated with the sauce.
