Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 2 medium apples, cored and diced (preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
