Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of sweet lettuce (such as butter or bibb lettuce)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (yourgut)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
