Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the cooked bacon, diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing it horizontally without cutting all the way through.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the bacon and cheese mixture, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Brush the outside of the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs for added crunch.
  6. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
