Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.
  4. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Sear the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
