Ingredients:

  • 40 jalapeño peppers (3-4 inches long)
  • 1 (3 LB) block cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 40 slices bacon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes for less heat, if desired.
