Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Fresh banana slices for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust.
