Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
  • Cooking oil or butter for frying
