Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) ranch-style beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
