Ingredients:

  • 1 lb stew beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 can ranch-style beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
