Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup bologna, diced
  • 2 hotdogs, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional, for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  4. Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in diced potatoes, ketchup, diced bologna, sliced hotdogs, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
  6. Combine the cooked noodles with the meat and potato mixture, mixing well.
  7. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. If desired, top with shredded cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
