Ingredients:

  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)
  • 1 cup edamame, shelled
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced beef to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the shelled edamame and cooked ramen noodles to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
