Ingredients:

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour, yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 1-2 minutes until it becomes smooth.
  5. Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel by forming a ring with a hole in the center.
