  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, bourbon, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork pieces and sauté until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
