Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, cornstarch, and water to create a marinade. Add the sliced pork and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated pork to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pork and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets, red bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the pork to the skillet, mixing everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through, then serve hot, garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
