Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of rustic bread
  • 1 ripe tomato, sliced
  • 100g fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 large eggs
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Toast the rustic bread slices until golden brown.
