Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
