Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
