Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the tomato sauce to the skillet and stir to combine. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the beef and tomato sauce mixture. Mix well.
  7. Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
