Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked ramen noodles
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
  3. Add milk, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and set aside.
  4. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ramen noodles, shredded chicken, and the cooked turkey. Mix well.
  6. In a greased baking dish, layer the noodle mixture, then spread the mashed potatoes on top.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the mashed potatoes.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired before serving.
