Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked corned beef, shredded
  • 1/2 cup green olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup crab sticks, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper, sautéing until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded corned beef, sliced olives, chopped crab sticks, sautéed onions and peppers, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
