Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
