Ingredients:

  • 1 head of chicory, chopped
  • 2 ripe pears, sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted

  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:
