Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. If desired, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
