Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cocoa butter
  • 1/4 cup red raspberry puree
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried raspberries, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons glycerine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, heavy cream, and corn syrup. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Add the cocoa butter and continue stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the raspberry puree, crushed freeze-dried raspberries, butter, glycerine, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly before pouring it into candy molds or a lined baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set. Once set, remove from molds and enjoy!
