Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Union Ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup hot pepper cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with Union Ranch seasoning, mixing well to ensure the meat is evenly coated.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned beef. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Break it up into small pieces as it cooks.
  4. While the beef is cooking, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake the fries in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the heat and stir in the hot pepper cheese until melted and combined.
  7. Serve the chopped hamburger mixture over the garlic fries and garnish with fresh parsley.
