Ingredients:

  • 300g chicken liver, cleaned and trimmed
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the corn flour, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs until well beaten.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the eggs and mix well.
  4. Add the cleaned chicken liver to the egg mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Take a piece of liver, coat it in the corn flour mixture, and carefully place it in the hot oil.
  7. Fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
