Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 1 cup cooked corned beef, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green olives, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and green pepper, sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
