Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for a gluten-free option)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cream cheese, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
