Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions:
