Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or cilantro)

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
