Ingredients:

  • 1 lb minced beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a separate pot, blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and beef broth until smooth.
  6. In a large baking dish, layer the cooked beef mixture and the blanched broccoli evenly.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the beef and broccoli, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  9. Let it cool slightly before serving.
