Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice, such as fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
