Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions:

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and parsley.
  3. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken, ensuring the chicken is well-coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  6. About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top and cover until melted.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
