Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a baking dish. Pour the creamy soup mixture evenly over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top. If desired, add breadcrumbs for a crunchy topping.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
