Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a slow cooker, add the olive oil and place the chicken breasts at the bottom.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, thyme, paprika, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
