Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked elbow noodles
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cream or half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked elbow noodles, shredded rotisserie chicken, cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
