Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 strips of bacon, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
