Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the skillet, cooking until the mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, sautéed onion and mushroom mixture, cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
