Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 brown onion, diced
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup thickened cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups pasta (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (optional, for richness)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced brown and red onions. Sauté until translucent.
