Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
