Ingredients:

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken (optional)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cooked rice, mixed vegetables, shredded chicken (if using), milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Arrange them on top of the chicken and vegetable mixture, leaving a little space between each biscuit.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
