Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh celery, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped celery until evenly coated with the cheese mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the melted butter until well coated.
  6. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the celery bake.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley.
